Spray ball / sprayball for the CIP-cleaning
of containers and tanks
DN 15, 20, 25, 32, 40 and 50

We produce spray balls in stainless steel (316 L) for the
CIP-cleaning of containers and tanks. Their special design
and smooth surface make them maintenance-free and
guarantee perfect hygiene and high process safety.
Our spray balls are used for example in the brewing,
beverage, food, pharmaceutical and chemical industry.

Our current product range includes the following nominal sizes:
DN 15, DN 20, DN 25, DN 40 and DN 50, each in 4 spraying angles:
          360° perigon spraying
          270° spraying angle upwards with drainage hole
          180° semi-spraying angle upwards with drainage hole and
          180° semi-spraying angle downwards

We also offer custom-built special spray balls, for example with
internal screw thread G ¼”, G ½”, G ¾”, G1” and G 1 1/2”,
if desired with suitable weld-on adapters.

The Geidner Spray Ball

• is used for low-pressure interior cleaning of containers,
  tanks, vessels and machines of all kinds,
  
  
• the cleaning effect is reached by an intensive wetting and
  rinsing of the container walls and can be intensified and
  shortened by adding detergents
  
  
• as standard, the sprayball is equipped with a spring clip
  or a split pin; it has an annular gap between stud and pipe
  for cleaning the connection pipe
  
  
• suitable for pipes according to DIN 11850, series 1

We offer our sprayballs with ground and/or
electropolished surface.
